Mahjong x Snoop is a chaise lounge created for the Art and Design Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology’s exhibition FIT Fabulous: A Modern Investigation of Hip Hop. The piece was inspired by the 1970s Mah Jong sofa created by Hans Hopfer’s. Since then, different fashion houses have reimagined his collection. Additionally, Snoop Dogg has an iconic look with his track suits and blue bandana. The chaise lounge is a new take of Hopfer’s pieces while paying homage to the hip hop legend Snoop Dogg.
