George by Jean-George is an innovative outpost for the luxury chef, taking residency in the Chelsea Market. The project included branding for the restaurant, creation of custom lighting pieces (The Fringe Collection), as well as an overall lighting plan. All main renderings were edited during Semester V in Lighting Design.
